This backpack is exactly what I expected... the zipper has adjusted and looks normal after starting to use it. This backpack is amazing ...very stable, lots and lots of space in it to store things, even a couple of hidden pockets ... Great to carry even heavy equipment ... And I get complements left and right on the looks ... Love this backpack and would definitely recommend it.
