I think the style is attractive and the heel height is very versatile, working well with both slacks and dresses. This last purchase was of the black patent leather and I did find the material a bit stiff and slightly uncomfortable at first, particularly in the heel area. I stuck with it and gradually they are breaking in and are more comfortable. They are not very cushioned inside and the pointed toes can be a bit constricting, but they seem true to size.
